All three standalone Chili’s restaurants in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Fairbanks are closed, according to Brinker International.

The chain restaurants were owned and operated by Duke Investments, a franchise partner of Brinker International.

According to a spokesperson with Brinker International, the company said the franchisee rights held by Duke Investments were terminated and that its helping former workers find employment opportunities.

Brinker International said typically each restaurant had an average of 75-100 team members at each restaurant but said it cannot provide an exact number.

The national chain still operates a smaller location at the Ted Stevens International Airport and it remains under the banner of Chili’s Too, a smaller restaurant prototype.
