With January First right around the corner, the Alaska Tobacco Quit Line is suggesting a New Year’s resolution that will lead to a healthier 2013.
The organization is offering a toll free number to help tobacco users with the process of quitting.
Officials say tobacco users can call 1-800-QUIT-NOW for a customized plan that includes free coaching and nicotine replacement therapies.
The program is free and confidential.
