ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
Anchorage and the rest of the country’s violent crime rate has decreased for the fifth straight year, according to the a new report by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.The FBI released its preliminary Uniform Crime Report on Monday and for most crime Anchorage had minor changes from 2010 to 2011.
For a city pushing nearly 300,000, the crime rates reported were:
