Anchorage Police say they have found the car belonging to missing person Susan Geraci.  In a short statement, APD said Geraci returned the car to the financial institution that held the loan on it on June 8.

APD spokesperson Anita Shell says with the discovery, it appears police can rule out foul play in her disappearance.

APD says Geraci returned her car to bank officials on Friday, one day after her trailer home burned down, and two days after she failed to show up to work at the Ramada Inn.

Shell says that Geraci had been dealing with troubling financial issues in the days leading up to her disappearance.

Police say they still don't know where Geraci is, and they fear she may be a threat to herself.

Shell says arson investigators are still looking to talk to her about the fire at her home, but APD says the cause of the fire is still undetermined.
