Anchorage police released additional images of a man who robbed several local ATM users in September and October, asking for the public’s help in identifying him as the investigation continues.

APD spokesperson Anita Shell says investigators now believe the suspect’s pickup truck to be a roughly 2000-model vehicle, rather than the 1980s-model it was initially reported as to police.

While no new robberies have been reported, the suspect is still believed to have committed four robberies, two each at Credit Union 1 and First National Bank Alaska branches. Surveillance video shows the suspect -- a Caucasian male just over 6 feet tall -- waiting for customers to withdraw money from the ATMs, then approaching with a gun and robbing them.

Anyone with information on the suspect or the crimes is asked to call APD at 786-8900.
