Army Charges 8 Soldiers for Pvt. Chen Death

The U.S. Army has charged eight American soldiers in connection in the death of a Fort Wainwright Stryker soldier who authorities say apparently shot himself in Afghanistan after being assaulted and taunted with racial insults by his comrades.
