One baby girl made a memorable entrance to the world Wednesday -- at 12:12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Noa Reine Benoit was born in Anchorage to parents Kathleen and Mathieu Benoit.

The parents' families live on the East Coast, so the time of the birth is a special one even though it was morning in Alaska.

Noa's birth was a scheduled Caesarean section, and she was born a week earlier than her due date because she was breeching, or upside down.

Noa was 19 inches long and weighed six pounds and eight ounces.
