Police in Bethel do not have an official cause of death for a 23-year-old man found dead last month in a steam bath.
KYUK reports (http://is.gd/W2DbmH) Bethel police this week released information in the Jan. 13 death of Kenneth Anvil.
Police said in a statement this week that the body has been sent to Anchorage for an autopsy, and those results will help determine the official cause of death.
Anvil was pronounced dead at the steam bath on 7th Avenue. Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma, and foul play is not suspected.
