Byron Syvinski Sentenced to 19 Years for Beating, Robbing Girl

Byron Syvinski was sentenced Friday to 19 years behind bars for beating and robbing a 7-year-old girl in Midtown last summer, and an additional six months for assaulting his neighbor.
