Anchorage Fire Dept. Investigates Suspicious Motor Home Fire

The Anchorage Fire Department said Monday it is investigating a suspicious motor home fire over the weekend and turning to the public to help crack the case.

According to AFD, the fire occurred at the 11000 block of Zelma Circle around 6:47 p.m. Sunday in south Anchorage.

No one was injured in the blaze and the home is considered a total loss.

Witnesses said a male adult was seen departing the area in a black Pontiac sedan, according to AFD.

Investigators said the vehicle has been found and are still looking for anyone involved with the suspicious fire.
