The deadline for residents to apply for state individual assistance from the September storms in Southcentral and Interior Alaska is coming up.
State emergency officials say in a release applications must be in by Tuesday.
Residents can call 1-855-445-7131 to apply for the State Individual Family Grant and Temporary Housing program.
The program offers assistance to those affected by severe storms that struck over the last half of September. The program was initiated when Gov. Sean Parnell issued a disaster declaration.
