If you’re allergic to almonds and eat cereal, then you may want to double check your cupboard.
The Food for Life Baking Company issued a recall for its “Ezekial 4:9” cereal affecting the original, golden flax, and cinnamon raisin products because almonds were not listed.

The Alaska Dept. of Enviromental Conservation said the product was sold between Nov. 20, 2012 to Feb. 11, 2013.
There have been no reported illnesses since the recall was issued Monday.
