A 39-year-old Fairbanks man has agreed to plead guilty in a case accusing him of stashing distribution-level quantities of cocaine and marijuana in a downtown business bathroom.

The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner (http://is.gd/HnkimA) says Ronald Goessel Jr. also agreed to accept a six-year jail sentence.

Goessel pleaded guilty earlier this month to drugs misconduct for possessing a bag with about half a pound of marijuana and 13.9 grams of cocaine.

The bag was discovered at a Co-Op Plaza bathroom above a ceiling tile.

Dismissed was another drug charge alleging Goessel ditched other drugs in a police car when he was arrested in December 2011.

Goessel was charged after the bag was found to have his finger prints on it.

His sentencing is set for June.
