Fireworks Law Changes Possible; Details Emerge

Fireworks laws in Anchorage have been a hot topic in town over the last year. For the first time in 2010, it was legal to fire off fireworks in Anchorage in specific places from 9:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve to 1 a.m. the next morning.
