JUNEAU, Alaska—
Gov. Sean Parnell has signed into law a measure delaying a law requiring electronic filing of financial disclosures.
It also allows for candidates for any state office, or for local offices of mayor, borough assembly, city council or school board to file by paper if they don't have "reasonable access" to the technology needed to file electronically.
A candidate is considered to not have reasonable access to the necessary technology if he or she does not have a personal computer or high-speed Internet at home.
