Israel Keyes Arraigned on Fraud Charge in Federal Court

Anchorage police released a new photo Tuesday afternoon of a white Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Israel Keyes, the "person of interest" in the Feb. 1 abduction of Samantha Koenig, shortly after he was arraigned on a federal fraud charge. Anyone with information on Koenig¿s disappearance, Keyes or his truck is asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
