ANCHOR POINT, Alaska—
Alaska State Troopers say at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, the friend of 40-year-old Demian Sagerser found the Anchor Point resident dead in his home.
The Alaska Bureau of Investigation's Soldotna unit is investigating Sagerser's death as a homicide.
Troopers say a preliminary investigation found Sagerser suffered more than one gunshot wound. An autopsy by the State Medical Examiner's office will make the final determination as to what caused Sagerser's death.
Troopers say the next of kin has been notified.
