Marcelyn Luch told the jury conflicting stories, while on the stand Thursday, during her mother’s murder trial.
Her mother, Jocelyn Luch was shot twice, struck three times.
Robert Luch, Jocelyn's husband, was charged with her death.
The defense says Robert was driven to the breaking point after Jocelyn had an affair and he suspected she’d began seeing a second man.
When questioned by the prosecution, Marcelyn said she couldn’t remember what she told police the night her mother was shot on Sep. 28th, 2010.
“Did he say you better hid your mom or I’m going to kill her,” prosecutor Christina Sherman asked, “No.” Luch said.
“Do you recall having told officers your dad said that?”
“You never told the officers that your dad told you, you better hid your mom cause I’m going to kill her?”
“I don’t remember saying that.”
When defense attorney Andrew Lambert questioned Marcelyn she said she lied to police after the shooting because she was so angry with her father and she wanted to hurt him.
“You wanted to hurt him,” Lambert questioned.
“Yes,” Luch said.
“Making it sound like your dad had been plotting a murder over the summer sounded like a good idea?”
The trial will continue on Monday.
