Fairbanks Hearing Set on Air Quality Proposition

A hearing is scheduled to be held on Proposition 2, the proposition that aims to improve air quality in Fairbanks by banning hydronic heaters and coal-fired devices, as well as creating emissions standards for all wood burners.
