Alleged Valley puppy-mill operator appeals forfeiture of dogs

Good job, MatSu borough attorneys!!  Thank you, thank you, thank you for going for the forfeiture.  I'll bet everyone who donated to help these pups would say the same thing.  Best of luck with the appeal! 

With all the lies that he told, he can't be serious. He sold a puppy to a friend of ours in the summer of 2008, which a month later became ours. Met our friend in Wasilla. Said that he had given the pup a hotdog and french fries on the way up. What breeder gives a 3-month old puppy a hotdog and french fries? The pup was slouchy and timid, and he said that she was just sad because her sister had recently been sold and the two were close. Turns out the puppy had Heart Worm, and was an additional $200 Vet bill. When he looks at those defenseless animals, all he sees are dollar bills. If he truly cared for the animals he would forfeit the dogs and have them properly cared for. Thinking the only reason he filed the appeal is so he could extend the procedure, and maybe work out some deal for himself.
