This Dirt Bag needs to be hung up by the nads and just have the ever living heck beat out of him............Where are the cops????  Thank god for the patrons that confronted him, otherwise the happless APD would have never caught him.......Put this degenerate away for life in a cell with Bubba, see how tough he is then.....I guarantee he'll never evertry to steal a bike from a seven year old, let alone punch one repeatedly in the face, because Bubba will be punch'in something else to the point that he'll have difficulty walking let alone even thinking about terrorizing an entire neighborhood..........Lock him up and never let him out, other wise we'll be hearing about him in more serious crimes in the future........But our judicial system doesn't have the balls to put him away, they're too busy going after the petty criminals, or just slapping the wrists of pure sick-os, only to see them return to society, committing rapes and murders.....These Judges should be held accountable and we the people should be able to sue for compensation.  But no, that would never happen, because judges will never go against their own, because they know it's only a matter of time before it comes back around to them.  This is what makes truely makes our judicial system so corrupt.
