Governor's Picnic Draws Thousands

Gov. Sean Parnell hosted the last of his five Governor's Family Picnics on Saturday at the Delaney Park Strip. The governor and his administration spent the afternoon serving up nearly 3,000 hamburgers, 2,000 hot dogs, 3,000 salmon burgers and more than 400 pounds of ground beef, used for sloppy joes.
