ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
The annual shamrock fundraiser to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Dystrophy Association is underway. The Shamrocks help raise money for medical equipment and services as well as a summer camp for children with muscular dystrophy.
MDA says the event is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year and is an easy way for people to give at any level.
Shamrocks are still available at Kaladi Brothers and several other locations across Alaska. Green Shamrocks are $1, Gold are $5 and Platinum are $10.
