ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
Anchorage police say a young man whose death they are investigating died of wounds from an alcohol-fueled fight.
Timothy Nickoli, 20, was dead when police responded to reports of him not breathing in the early hours of June 2. Police say Nickoli was a visitor at the home, on the 7600 block of Little Bend Circle.
Wednesday, police said Nickoli died from wounds from an altercation at the home, where they say at least nine people aged 15-22 were. They say alcohol was a significant factor in multiple fights amongst visitors to the home, and called Nickoli's death suspicious.
Police had been looking for 19-year-old Adolph Ayaprun, a witness to the incident, but say that he has since contacted them.
