Troopers Involved in Palmer Shootout Identified

The state troopers who fired their weapons during a Palmer shootout Thursday have been identified. Troopers spokesperson Megan Peters says Phillip “Nathan” Duce, David Eastwood-Koleszar and Joseph Hess, all assigned to the Palmer post, wounded a suicidal man when they fired back at him.
