FAIRBANKS, Alaska—
University of Alaska Fairbanks officials say this year's Delta Farm Forum is scheduled for Feb. 23.
The 36th annual forum will take place at Delta Junction High School, with Alaska Natural Resources Commissioner Dan Sullivan welcoming participants.
Officials say topics to be covered at the forum include the flour mill market, reducing energy costs and artisan sausage making.
The event is co-sponsored by UAF's Cooperative Extension Service and the Salcha-Delta Soil and Water Conservation District.
