3 cups of cooked chopped turkey
1/3 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of toasted pecan pieces
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
(to taste) salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
16 slices of your favorite bread (toast if desired)
Place the turkey, pecans, cranberries, mayo, and celery salt in a bowl and toss together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Separate salad out into eight portions and spread onto bread.
Recipe makes eight sandwiches.
