A Wasilla man reported missing for nearly a week was safely found in Anchorage.

According to police dispatch, officers were making contact with 48-year-old Glenn Irby around 9:30 p.m. Friday.

STORY UPDATED AT 6:23 p.m. at 9/20/13:

A Wasilla man has been reported missing after being last seen nearly a week ago, according to the Anchorage Police Department.

Glenn Irby, 48, was last seen around 11 p.m. on September 14 on a bike trail between the North Eagle River Exit and the main Eagle River Exit. He reportedly gotten out of his spouse’s vehicle in that area, as they were heading to their home in Wasilla.

“Irby requires medications that are not in his possession and his family is concerned for his health and well-being,” said Jennifer Castro, APD spokesperson.

Irby is about 5’5” tall, weighing over 200 lbs with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt with the sleeves cut off and words “Mat-Su Darts” on the back of the shirt, and camo-patterned cargo pants.

Anyone with information on Mr. Dunn’s whereabouts can call police at 786-8900.
