The Alaska Aces defeated the Bakersfield Condors 4-1 Saturday night, evening the series at 2-2.  The guys in glacier blue were sharp from the opening puck drop scoring 3 goals in the first 4:06 of play.  

Nick Mazzolini with the first tally just 13 seconds into the contest, he was also responsible for the second goal at 2:51 and was credited with an assist on the third effort as he helped set up Kane Lafranchise at 4:06.

The frenetic start to game four eventually gave way to a calmer hockey game.  Bakersfield put the end result somewhat in question in the second period when Joel Broda scored at the 10:12 mark to make it a 3-1 game.  

Turner Elson removed all doubt five minutes later with a lamp lighter at 15:30 restoring Alaska's three goal cushion and providing the final goal of the night for a 4-1 final.

Game 5 of this Western Conference Finals series is set to be played Sunday, May 25th in Bakersfield at 5pm Alaska Standard Time.  It will now take at least six games to end this series.  Game six is scheduled to be held Tuesday, May 27th at the Sullivan Arena.
