A man was placed under arrest following a report of an individual in a state of undress trespassing inside a vacant Wasilla apartment, according to Alaska State Troopers.

Troopers were dispatched to Quiet Circle around 4 a.m. Thursday where, according to a report, they discovered 44-year-old Randall “David” Borello of Wasilla had broken into the apartment. According to Troopers, after trespassing, Borello proceeded to cause damage to the apartment while “exposing his genitals to persons over the age of 16.”

According to court documents, Borello has a history of criminal misdemeanors and minor offenses, including theft, assault and attempted vehicle theft.

Troopers report Borello was arrested at the scene without incident and remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial facility where he is being held without bail.

This is a developing story. It will be updated as information becomes available.
