ANCHORAGE -

Anchorage police have arrested a man they say was responsible for assaulting three individuals in Mountain View Park early Sunday morning.

APD spokesperson Jennifer Castro says 27-year-old Jordan Teayoumeak was arrested and charged with one count of Assault in the first degree, and two counts of Assault in the third.

Just after midnight Sunday morning, officers were dispatched to Mountain View Park on reports of a disturbance. On scene, three victims were found. One male was unconscious with serious injuries to his face and head, and was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Two other males had serious lacerations on their faces.

Investigation revealed Teayoumeak allegedly beat all three with a cane, and police believe alcohol was a factor in the incident.
