Troopers Say Man Found Dead near Palmer Committed Suicide
Alaska State Troopers say a man whose body was found near Palmer earlier this month killed himself.
Troopers spokesperson Megan Peters identified the man as 24-year-old Brendon Twitchell. The state medical examiner confirmed the manner of death as suicide.
A person walking a dog near Moose Creek outside Palmer found the body Oct. 11. Troopers believed it was Twitchell, who was wanted on a warrant charging him with felony child pornography possession and distribution.
His car had been found in August at Moose Creek.
