ANCHORAGE -

An anonymous source submitted footage of an arrest attempt that ended with the suspect shot and transported to Anchorage for treatment.

While neither officer has been named per department policy, the Bethel Police Department has placed both men on administrative leave while the Alaska Bureau of Investigation and Alaska State Troopers investigate the officer involved shooting during the arrest of Bethel resident Aaron Moses.

The video, submitted to KYUK, shows the confrontation between the two officers and Moses from a neighbor's window.

According to the initial investigative report from troopers, Moses was shot after attempts were made to subdue him with tasers as he approached the men with a baseball bat. Moses was shot in the abdomen, and transported to Anchorage for treatment.

During the altercation, one of the officers was injured by Moses, struck by the bat. He suffered only minor injuries.
