ANCHORAGE -

A woman injured in a Jan. 3 collision on Rabbit Creek Road died Saturday from her injuries.

Carol Krieter, 60, was traveling eastbound when she lost control of her Saab sedan and collided with a westbound Lexus sports utility vehicle.

The collision was near the road's intersection with Bayview Drive.

Road conditions at the time of the crash were extremely icy, and according to officers, that contributed to the crash.
