Photos: Serial Killer Israel Keyes confessed to killing in Alaska, Washington, New York, and Vermont

The FBI called Israel Keyes, 34, a serial killer who confessed to murders in Alaska and the lower 48. He killed himself in an Anchorage Jail cell on Dec. 2 awaiting trial for kidnapping and resulting death of Samantha Koenig, 18, whose body was found in Matanuska Lake.
