DELTA JUNCTION, Alaska—
The search for 20-year-old Emmanuel “Martin” Hosier, a missing Delta Junction man last seen July 8, has been suspended Wednesday evening, according to Alaska State Troopers. Troopers said “all efforts to date have failed to find and any clues to indicate the location Hosier or a direction of travel.”
AST said Hosier was last seen by his family at 9 p.m. Sunday and he did not report to work Monday or Tuesday.
His car was found near a cliff and a bridge across the Tanana, in an area where he enjoyed climbing.
Community members and numerous search teams searched for Hosier for the past few days using air crafts, boats, and dog teams combing through woods and the river bank.
Troopers said anyone with information on Hosier’s whereabouts should call the Delta Junction post at 907-895-4800.

Text: On 7/11/12 at approximately 2000 hours, Alaska State Troopers
suspended its efforts to find Emmanuel "Martin" Hosier, 20, of Delta
Junction pending new clues pointing to his whereabouts. An Alaska
State Trooper in Delta Junction found Hosier's unoccupied car parked
at a local bluff overlooking the Tanana River on the evening of
7/09/2012. Upon checking with Hosier's family, the trooper learned
Hosier was last seen by family at 9 p.m. on 7/8/12. Hosier had not
reported to work on 7/9/12 or 7/10/12. Troopers launched SAR on
7/10/12 after efforts to find him in the community proved fruitless.
