Two bystanders were struck in a shooting outside a strip club near downtown Sunday morning, according to the Anchorage Police Department.
Police said the shooting happened around 3:40 a.m. in the parking lot outside of Fantasies on 5th Ave.
Witnesses reported to police that two groups of people were engaged in a disturbance and a physical fight escalated with multiple shots being fired.
APD spokesperson Dani Myren said one man was struck in the leg while he was getting into his vehicle and a bullet grazed a woman’s head while she was sitting in her vehicle.
Both victims were treated at a nearby hospital for non-serious injuries.
As of early Sunday afternoon, police were still investigating the incident and no suspects were charged in the incident.
Editor's Note: Clarifies woman's injuries, police said a bullet grazed her head, instead of leg.
