JUNEAU, Alaska—A Washington state man on the lam has been arrested in Juneau, the second time in three years he's been caught in Alaska's capital.
KINY radio reports a warrant charging him with escape from community custody had been issued by authorities in Washington state, where he was being held on a drug possession charge.
Juneau police say in March 2009 they arrested Johnson after he fled Washington and a warrant was issued on robbery and escape charges. That arrest came after a six-hour standoff with police.
He's current being held at the Lemon Creek Correctional Facility on a no-bail status.
