A man involved in a motorcycle accident May 22 in Campbell County has died from his injuries.
20-year-old Jacob Warrender of Lynchburg died Wednesday as a result of his injuries.
The accident happened at the intersection of Route 460 Business/Timberlake Road and Enterprise Road when Warrender's motorcycle hit a car.
The driver of the car was not seriously hurt.

A motorcyclist was critically hurt Tuesday when his motorcycle hit a car in Campbell County.
The accident happened at the intersection of Route 460 Business/Timberlake Road and Enterprise Road.
The driver of the motorcycle, 20-year-old Jacob Warrender of Lynchburg, was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was not seriously hurt.
According to state police, the accident is still under investigation.

At 2:03 p.m. Tuesday (May 22), Virginia State Police Senior Trooper S.M. Krantz was called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 460 Business/Timberlake Road and Enterprise Road in Campbell County. A 2002 Honda 600F4I was traveling west on Route 460 Business when an eastbound 2002 Pontiac Sedan began making a left turn towards Enterprise Road. The two vehicles collided with the motorcycle striking the Pontiac in the passenger-side door.
The driver of the motorcycle, Jacob D. Warrender, 20, of Lynchburg, was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Warrender was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Pontiac, Deborah A. Campbell, 47, of Rustburg, was treated at the scene for minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.
Charges are pending, as the crash remains under investigation. The Appomattox Division’s Crash Reconstruction Team is assisting Sr. Trooper Krantz with the investigation.
