A former Bedford County supervisor who was arrested a few months ago is now facing even more charges.

Tony Ware has been indicted on 11 new counts of embezzlement and money laundering.

He's accused of taking thousands of dollars from a woman named Hattie Routon.  Ware was the executor of her estate.  Prosecutors say he took money from Routon's accounts before and after she died.

Ware is also accused of stealing from the Big Island Fire Department.  He now faces a total of 25 counts of embezzlement and money laundering.  A Bedford jury is scheduled to take up his case in January.
