ALBEMARLE, Va.—
WCAV is reporting that David Graham has been cleared as a suspect.
Investigators swept the building, and nothing was found.

WCAV is reporting that a rehab facility in Albemarle County has been evacuated after a man walked into the building and said he had a bomb.
According to WCAV, the man has been identified as David Graham, but police have been unable to locate him.
Graham's last known address is in Roanoke.
