Kemp has started since a freshman at DeLand and been one of the few consistent pieces for the Bulldogs, who have their third head coach in three seasons. Kemp is a hard-nosed runner with good second-level speed , giving him a nice burst once he gets past the linebackers. Also catches the ball well. |
