U.S. Coast Guard Transfers Fish Piracy Case to China

Members of the Coast Guard and China Fishery Law Enforcement Command review the records on board the suspected high seas drift net fishing vessel Da Cheng in the North Pacific Ocean Aug. 11, 2012. The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Rush sighted the Da Cheng and boarded it in accordance with the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission's high seas boarding inspection procedures on July 27.
