Police Seek Armed Kidnapper: Drivers Warned Not To Pick Up Hitchhikers On Seward Hwy.

The Seward Highway has reopened after a Friday closure near Mile 70, as Anchorage police and Alaska State Troopers seek an armed kidnapper whose victim escaped on the highway. An active search for the suspect was suspended Friday night, but an investigation continues.
