Acting on a perceived threat

Broward Sheriff's Deputy Brian Swadkins tells a Broward jury that he genuinely believed a 7-Eleven customer was moving in to attack a fellow deputy when he intervened in a 2010 confrontation in Tamarac. Surveillance video did not support that description, and Swadkins is charged with falsifying a police report.
