Dr. Joyce Loeser, left , and Robin Castellon of Plantation watch over Vinny the Opossum after he had acupuncture needles inserted in his back during his visit to the Animal Recreation & Rehabilitation Center in Davie. Vinny was born wild and attacked by a dog which gave him a spinal injury. He now has been adopted by Robin Castellon.
