Zach Harrison and Chris Clackson each scored their 11th goals of the season for Alaska, which falls to 31-11-2 overall. The Aces are 17-5-0 at home.
Dean Ouellet scored twice for San Francisco, while Jordan Clendenning buried the game-winner at 9:56 of the third period.
