The Alaskan was a part of the Miami Heat's run to back to back NBA World Championships. It took Miami seven games to edge past the San Antonio Spurs.
Chalmers, who plays point guard for the Heat, started all 23 playoff games Miami was involved in, averaging 9 points per contest. Just six days after the Heat captured their second straight championship, Chalmers had his contract option for the 2013-2014 season picked up by the team.
Chalmers is earning four million dollars for the season.
