Region 1: Tom Kulesa, Warner. 19 years of coaching with six at Conde and 13 at Warner.
Region 2: Adolph Shepardson, Deubrook Area. 11 years of coaching with two at McLaughlin, one at the University of South Dakota, three at Sturgis, three at Alleghaney, N.C., and two at Deubrook Area.
Region 3: Gordon Hooks, Wolsey-Wessington. Seven years of coaching with two at Crow Creek and five at Wolsey-Wessington.
Region 4: Jay Wammen, Harding County. Six years of coaching all of them at Harding County.
Region 5: Craig Clayberg, Tea Area. 20 years of coaching with 17 at Sioux Falls Roosevelt and three at Tea Area.
Region 6: Brandon White, Harrisburg. Four years of coaching all of them at Harrisburg.
Region 7: Dale Taylor, Kimball-White Lake. 24 years of coaching with 22 at Kimball and two at Kimball-White Lake. A native of Conde.
Region 8: Ben Kramer, Hot Springs. 11 years of coaching with one year at Stanley County, three at Colman-Egan and seven at Hot Springs.

Sam Holderby, Volga. High school player at Andes Central and Northern State graduate. School administrator for 16 years.
Dana Dykhouse, Sioux Falls. Was honored at the all-star football game in Aberdeen.
