ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
Sean Rash, a bowler from Anchorage, has become the first Alaskan to win an ESPY Award Thursday evening.Rash collected the honor for best bowler as voted on by the public.
The 2000 Dimond High School grad has already won took home top honors in professional bowling earlier this year.
In May, he won the PBA Player of the Year award, after leading the tour in scoring average and money earnings, and was also victorious at the PBA Tournament of Champions.
